You can ask your colleagues to just clone the form to their own account. Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL. You need to give them the form URL. 

If you would like to share the form, but still want to access it on your account, you can share it as a sub-user. Please follow the steps here: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.
