    Dear Sir/Madam,

For some reason, I can't view the submission as it is encrypted. I have my primary key stored on my desktop and that is where I am checking the submissions.

Would you please advise what I need to do to view the submissions. I have just turned off the encryptions after I receive the submissions.

    Regards,
    Maitrey Shah

    Hello Maitrey,

Please note that disabling encryption in your form will not decrypt the previous submission data. It will only ensure that new submissions are not encrypted.

Are you able to see the key file "jotform.key" in your desktop? If you are able to see the key file. I would suggest you to please upload the private key again and then you should be able to view submissions. I would suggest you to plea take a look at the following guide and look for option "Are we notified of an encrypted submission?" which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
