client couldn't pay

    HI could you look into that for me please, a woman with this email address tried to put her card through it just said declined with no reason. Please read her email and I already contacted stripe for help also, they said to also check with you

     1. I tried to buy the 12 weeks clearing webinars, but my Capital One - Master Card credit card keep says "declined". I have called my credit card company, and they said there's nothing wrong with my credit card, and there's not even a trace that I attempt to buy anything from you.

    We appreciate you reporting this problem with us about one of your clients being unable to pay.

    It seems to me that you are referring to them not being able to make a payment to you on one of your forms that is integrated with stripe, correct?

    May we know which form you are having this problem on so we can investigate?
