Text fields on ipad

I have a form that displays correctly on browsers. However, on iPad, the text fields stretch the entire table (left to right) as you can see in the photo. I would like them to be the defines length specified in the editor.

Unfortunately it seems that screenshot that you have uploaded is broken, so I am not able to see your issue. 

I have compared your standalone form and you embedded forma and I noticed that they look differently.

This is happening because our forms are by default responsive and they will adjust to the width of the screen. If you do not want that your form is responsive you can uncheck Make this form responsive option inside of Form Designer. 

If you want to achieve something else, please upload your screenshot again, so that we can see your issue.
