What happens to my forms after one year if I return to the free version with limited forms?

If you downgrade your account your existing forms will remain active, but you will not be able to create more forms, if you want to do so, then you will need to either archive or disable some forms  in your account until get allowed to create more forms, or you will need to re-upgrade your account.
