I have already had 2 customer PAY for their submissions, and the COMPLETE FORMS are ending up in the incomplete payments area, and I am getting ZERO notification!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF!!!!!

If payments are processed by PayPal successfully, and submissions remain marked as your incomplete payments, it sounds like the IPN notifications may be disabled in your PayPal account.
An IPN notification is what PayPal sends us when a payment from one of your forms has been processed, so that we can move the incomplete submission to your completed submissions, send out email notifications, and trigger any other integrations you may have set up on your form.
