If payments are processed by PayPal successfully, and submissions remain marked as your incomplete payments, it sounds like the IPN notifications may be disabled in your PayPal account.

An IPN notification is what PayPal sends us when a payment from one of your forms has been processed, so that we can move the incomplete submission to your completed submissions, send out email notifications, and trigger any other integrations you may have set up on your form. The following guide describes how to enable IPN in your PayPal account:

I would also advise you to please read the following guide for more information about Incomplete Payments, and how they can be completed:

Should you experience any problems after enabling IPNs on your PayPal account and re-sending the notifications that weren't sent so far, please let us know and we'll gladly help. Thank you.
