Images and links are not working in the form when embedded to WordPress.com pageAsked by myvaworld on January 11, 2017 at 05:42 AM
Hi Jotform team,
I have put my link in several image and line, when I preview it through Jotform they are working fine. But when I embed it to my wordpress blog the links are not working. Please help.
My link is here: https://myvaworld.wordpress.com/hourly/application-form-5-hours/
In Western Union and Bank Transfer image area (below the form)
Very much appreciate for your kind assistance.
I see that you are using http request in your links: http://wp.me/P2wGi5-lE, However your web page is using https request. Hence, it is not allowing the links work. Please add links to your images and header of your images which are requesting information as https:
For example the above link directs to :https://myvaworld.wordpress.com/payment-confirmation-2/
You can use this link instead of the previous one.
Also you need to set target property to "_self". Since the form is opened in an Iframe, The web site does not allow a new window but you can open the link on the same frame:
Here is your web site after clicking the first link:
Please feel free to contact us for your further queries.
All the best!
Thank you for your help. I have change all the target links as per your suggestion, but they are still not working :(
This is a WordPress.com restriction and I'm sorry to say that you can't do something about it. I would suggest moving the images/links directly on the page instead of adding them in the form. You can put it below the form in the page.
