Hi, I was trying to get in touch with you regarding upgrading our account?

The Bronze package, is that 1,000 submissions a month?

    Thanks

    Hello Lucy,

Yes that is correct. Bronze subscription plan allows you to receive 1000 submission per month. You may like to take a look at our pricing page for more information on available plans and its limits:  www.jotform.com/pricing

    Thank you!

    Ok great, thanks.

Do you know how I go about splitting my account easily. So I need 4 of my forms to go onto a new work account where we will upgrade to the Bronze Subsciption.

And I just want one form the 'Gemini Agriculture Contact Form' to remain on this free account as it's my personal one.

    Thanks

    Lucy

    Hello Lucy,

You should sign up for a free account with desired username. You can go ahead and upgrade your new account to bronze plan.

To transfer forms to your new account, you need to just send us a message with the names of the form and we will do the needful. Please note that form transfer request needs to be received from source account.

    Thank you!
