I do not have any forms, they disappeared at the first of the year for some reason. The company I work for does not know why I cannot see the forms they have shared.

I have checked your account and found there are some shared forms indeed, to see them you need to click on the shared folder name:
If you're still unable to see your forms, please log out and log in again, if this still persists try with a different web browser and let us know how it goes.
