Unable to insert image into form has stopped working

i have inserted many images into this form

now i am trying to insert a few more as part of a test/ans scenario

when i drage an image to upload

error is either,, server upload error

or it uploads but there is not green button in lower right to save

please advise

We are currently not having issues in regards to uploading images in the Form Builder. I cloned your form and I tried uploading a picture using the "Image" field. Here's a screen capture:

Please try to log out from JotForm and re-open your browser. After that, please log back in to your account and try uploading an image again. If it is still the same, then you might need to clear your browser cache.

Also, please check the file name of the image and make sure that it is not very long. Let me clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.
