My form called "Agent Home Office Sign-Up" has not pushed the last two submissions to the linked Google spreadsheet. I submitted the form twice to see if it was a glitch, but neither submissions have shown up on the spreadsheet. I did receive two email confirmations from the submissions. The last submission on 2017-01-05 16:52:03 was successfully added to the spreadsheet.
I'd prefer to not create a new integration as we have multiple spreadsheets tied together. What can I do to fix this?

We apologize for the inconvenience, there was a temporary issue with that integration, here is an update from the Performance Dev Team which is in charge of this integration:
"Yesterday's problems were related to servers, this is fixed now. However, we are very aware of the recent spreadsheet problems. We have updated our Google API and moved to another server in an effort to provide a better and stable integration. Nonetheless, newly created forms are working with the new Google API since last month and they seem to be fine, but Google related problems will still persists(Auth token) for a number of users whose integrated forms with Google were built with the old API"
So, in order to fix this issue and get a more stable and reliable integration, please re-integrate your forms with Google.
