Are you referring to the "Powered by JotForm" link to your form (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/70104058814348)?

If you want to remove the "Powered by JotForm" link in your form, you will need first to upgrade your account to one of our Paid Plans. You can check our pricing here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing. Once you have upgraded your account, you can remove the "Powered by JotForm" link to your form on My Account > Settings.

If you are referring to a different concern, can you provide us the exact URL where you have embedded your form so we can further check the issue? If you can provide us a screenshot of the issue you are encountering then that would be great. To add a screenshot on this thread, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to add screenshots images to questions to the support forum.

    Thank you ,
Indeed this is the first problem I have,
The second problem is: that the subject file is within a specific code from your own frame
Can we not make it within the framework like the one in the picture.

My apologies, I am not sure what you are referring to with your second question.  If you wouldn't mind explaining a bit more and adding the screenshot directly to your forum post, we will be happy to see what we can do.  Here is how to attach your image:
