Our notifications to "email@example.com" continue to be added to the bounce list. I have to remove the email address almost daily from the bounce list so that we continue to get the notifications. Is there anything we can do to prevent this email address from being added to the bounce list? The emails come through after I remove them so they are not bouncing from our email server.
It keeps on getting included in the bounce list because your mail server has been blocking emails coming from JotForm:Reason(s) : smtp; 553 Your IP [220.127.116.11] is on one or more DNS
It may seem that the message has been cut off, but as how I interpret it, the 18.104.22.168 IP address is being blocked by your mail host. So you can either contact your mail service provider and ask them to whitelist the IP or you can change your email address on your email notification settings.
I have also removed your email address from the bounce list but it's highly probable that it can get added there again unless you have made contact with your email service provider.
