Hi, I've entered new credit card payment information but my account still says that it is being downgraded on january 24, 2017. Please advise on the status of this account. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

I checked your subscription and it was cancelled on 12/23/16. You need to resubscribe again when the scheduled downgrade is happened.
Your downgrade will be handled on January 24, 2017. Please re-subscribe again on that they with your new PayPal account. If you subscribe now, you will be paid twice for the remaining part of your old subscription.

As mentioned by my colleague, David, in this thread, you will not lose any data. Since we understand that you will be upgrading right away once your account downgrades on the 24th.
