Conditional Auto-responder does not seems to work.

    Hi, 

    I would like setup 2 autoresponses. One of them is for confirmation et an other one for refutation.

    When I tested for "no" i want receive just the autoresponse for NO but I receive 2 autoresponses.

    How can I configure it ?

    Hello rduong,

    I did check your form and found that you have added the conditions correctly to send one of the auto-responder email based on the answer.

    Have you solved this problem already? I did test your form with both options "Oui" & "Non" and it seems to work as expected. I only receive one respective auto-responder. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
