Form submissions not displaying after submitting the form with DocuSign & PayPal

Hello!

I am having some issues with Jotform and PayPal and Docusign.  

I successfully linked PayPal to a Jotform and the payment went through, but the Jotform did not show up in my submissions and the contract comes through, via Docusign, in the Jotform layout, not the Docusign template that was set up and verified.  

My first question:

1.)  Am I correct in thinking that I have unlimited Docusign documents IF the client signs her contract after submitting her Jotform?  I ask because I only have the Personal Plan with Docusign. I've attached a screenshot of the notice on my Docusign account, thinking maybe this has something to do with the DocuSign glitch.

I have cloned your JotForm to my account and added DocuSign using my free account. When I tried to submit the form, I was able to sign the document normally and the form is redirected to PayPal. Once the PayPal payment is completed, the form displayed thank you page without any issue.

Did you remove Docusign widget from your form?

The document is to be submitted in the DocuSign first before so that the widget displays Signing complete message and then submit the form to redirect the form to PayPal. You may also enable the Auto Submit form option in the DocuSign widget so that the form is redirected to PayPal after signing the DocuSign.
