Could you confirm that the payments received by PayPal are from your JotForm? I have checked your JotForm titled "1.) 2017 Red Hot Visionista Leadership Level Payment and Registration PIF" and see that the submissions are in incomplete submissions. As I tried to submit the form, it redirected to PayPal without any issue at my end.
Could you try adding another test product to the Payment wizard and test it from your end to see if the submission is complete. Also, please take a look at the FAQs of PayPal Incomplete payments to know more about why your account is not displaying the submissions.
