The submissions counter remains the same after upgrading to the bronze plan

Hi,

I was on free plan and I used 20 submission from my 100 free submissions.

now i upgrade my plan to 1000 ,  your panel didn't gave me the free submissions, like other services, you could add the free submission to my 1000.

now I'm unhappy with my upgrade because if I wish I upgrade It at the end of the month ,  I didnt Use 20 of my 1000 but it shows like this.

I'm sorry, but that is not part of the inclusions of our billing terms. If you will upgrade, you will get the total of that plan. The free limits won't be added to it. What I did is reset your submissions limits back to zero.

Also, we have this program called getMore where you can get additional monthly submissions by doing some tasks. You can avail of it.
