Is it possible to use jotform to trigger a hue system?

The hue system is made by Philips.

If you are asking for a JotForm form to be able to turn on and off your lights, it may technically be possible, but you would need to use a third party integration to bridge the connection between your JotForm form and your Philips Hue system.
