How to use the Form Tabs widget?

I checked your form and there's no page break field. In order to show the form tabs, you need to add page break field.

If you we're referring to the custom CSS code of the form tabs, please provide the form or website URL so we can check further the CSS code for your form tabs.

Fa You can paste the custom CSS code inside the widget wizard. Here's how:

1. Select the Form Tabs widget and click the Wand icon (Wizard widget).

2. Under the Custom CSS, paste the code inside the field. Click the Update Widget when you're done.
