How to change the background of my form?

i paid 5 dollars for a theme and I cant change the background pic??? I also cant make it fit a cell phone??? I need help with this form or my money back because I cant adjust to fit me

In order to change the background of your form you can go to Designer and change it right there:

Where you can also change the form width. Just go to Styles tab.

Regarding the mobile phone fit, you can use a mobile responsive widget:

You can find it on a left-hand side in More fields section.
