I had a client submit 2 contracts, I didn't receive notification of either so I logged onto jotform to see if maybe they got hung up here. I see 2 new submissions but they are encrypted, I can only assume and a pop up keeps asking me to upload a key but there is no explanation as to why or what to do. I need this resolved asap please.

If I understand correctly, your form became encrypted without you turning it on? I checked your form submissions but I don't see any encrypted submissions. Did you delete these submissions from the records? I also noticed that your form is not encrypted, so your latest submissions should display successfully. Unfortunately you will have to ask your clients to resubmit their data.
If you encounter the issue again where the form suddenly becomes encrypted without your setup, please do let us know.

Is there any other user who may had access to you account or your device where the account is logged in? If no one else edited the form, it may be a glitch. This should be resolved, but if the issue happens again, please let us know immediately and we will report it to our devs.
