Forms arent sending answers to specific spreadsheet?

this form simply stoped sending answers to its integrated sheet. i tried removing integration and creating a new one however still doesnt work. can someone give me some support?

I went ahead and tried to resolve the Google Spreadsheet integration on your form on our end, could you please check again? Please note that when you remove and re-integrate, that would create a new spreadsheet with the submissions populated on it. The old spreadsheet will remain intact in your Google Drive folder but will no longer receive updates. 

Our developers are aware of the issue and this is because of the recent changes made by Google with their API and have implemented strict limits, they are already working on a long term solution but issue may persists.
