I understand that there is typically a 30 min to 1 hour buffer between someone submitting a form but not completing the payment and a notifier being sent. My question is, can I adjust the timing of that buffer? For example, can I wait four hours before the Pending email is sent?

I'm afraid that the waiting time for the "pending payment" notification is not adjustable.
