trying to pay bill that had 3 days to be paid

    first the idea you offer no phone support first reason to look to get rid of your service.

    2nd, you sent us a bill to change cc info, but gave us 3 days to change, but we were away.

    so now we only have the choice to choose your new bullshit fee's?


    Would like to speak with a real person over your idiotic ways.


    But otherwise, will buy one month and rework our site and get rid of you for good.

    Less than helpful.  Maybe someone could address this?

    Though we do not offer phone based support we can help with the billing issue here.  I have set your account back to Bronze temporarily while we get this sorted. 

    If you wouldn't mind updating your card to the correct card, we can set you back to the subscription you had previously from our end.  Let us know when your card is updated and we will set the subscription to your previous $79.00 per year Bronze one.
