Why my submissions are not showing in submissions tab?

I used the system to use it for an event on facebook, the form is there.
I got one registration but when I log in there is no data of the form Ii created or the information of registree.

 

My event is on thursday please help with this

if you click book now it sends you to the jot form

I checked your form and there are no submissions made through it. All logs are showing zero submissions.

I did a test submission and it appeared:

So everything is working fine.

Perhaps you're referring to the incomplete payments? There's one incomplete payment in your form.
