A question about my recent payment

я платил с карты и платеж прошел, но перед этим я хотел сменить карту и пытался заплатить другой картой, на сайте у меня не получилось, а деньги с карты списали. Вопрос - получается я оплатил 2 раза, но мне на сайте показали, что только один. Как быть? И узнать куда делись деньги с карты Альфа-банка?

If the payment was made for your account, you should see a receipt about it under your billing area. We will also get a notification that you have two active subscriptions with us, but there's none.

If you have been charged, then please let us know the payment reference number or send us the receipt of the payment so we can check again.
