    Form's submission page is empty.

    I try to look at all the submissions on my form I see all the submissions in a row but there is nothing in name, Email, etc.

    I did check your account and found that you are saving your form's submission data in "Europe Datacenter". Please check the screenshot below:

     

    Please click on the following URL to sign in to your Jotform account and you should be able to view your submission data:  https://eu.jotform.com/

    How do I get to this page I looked everywhere but the page showing in screenshot is no where to be found.

    Hello Ashwin,
    Sorry, got it, downloaded it but empty.
    I changed something this morning on the form. perhaps this messes up the way the data is presented in such a way that the data can’t be shown anymore?
    I am only interested in the form submitted yesterday. Would it be possible to sent me an copy of that?

    It looks like there is an issue with the submissions. I have tried moving the form and its submissions to US data center and back to EU center again. The submissions are displaying normally now when accessed by https://eu.jotform.com/.
