Why my form is always stuck on submit?

    Hie Jotform. I am having some issues with my application form. I have 6 users now who are complaining that after they have filled in all the required details on the form, when they click the SUBMIT button nothing happens. actually the status endlessly becomes SUBMITTING.....


    Please please may you help me.

    I checked your URL but I run on a "Not Found" page:

    But anyhow, I checked the form, I assume this is the one that you have a problem with https://form.myjotform.com/60956988139576

    And I had a successful submission (please ignore it): 

    So it must be something to do with how you embedded your form because it is working fine in the form alone.

    Additionally, you can try to embed your form by using the iFrame method, here is the code you should paste in your website:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-60956988139576" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.myjotform.com/60956988139576" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:539px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

    You are right, it probably could be the way I embedded the form. I have never used the iFrame method before but I am trying to navigate my way into it now. Will update you.....Thanks!

    Just wanted to say thank you so much. I re-embedded the form using the link with the java script code and its working perfectly:


    I have tested it with three different browsers so far and I am happy. Thanks for your recommendations.
