Why is my form no longer responsive?

I checked my form this morning after previewing the upcoming 4.0 release and the conditional logic no longer appears to be active.

I have cleared my cache / tried different browsers and there is no change.  I hope it is something on my end.

Please advise.

We appreciate your report about this problem with your form and conditions no longer responding and we do sincerely apologize about any inconveniences that you might be having with it.

I am able to confirm your conditions do not seem to be working on my end which I am able to replicate in our 4.0 formbuilder version but, please note that this is currently still in beta and might not be fully functional until it's official release.

Have you tried going into your my account > settings > formbuilder > and change it back to Version 3 to see if that helps to fix the problem to get it working again?

In the meantime I will investigate this further to help figure out what happened with version 4 so that we can report it to our developers to get it fixed if necessary.
