I encrypted data, and Jotform told me I had a public key. Only asks if I can upload a private one though

    When I encrypted data Jotform told me I already had a public key available and asked if I wanted to use one.  I said sure.  Now that I want to see my data by viewing submissions, Jotform only prompts me to upload a private key - but it never asked me to download any key, public or private.  Please help.

    When you first turned on the Form Encryption, the key was downloaded to your computer. Please check the Downloads folder if you're using Windows and look for the file name jotform.key.

    If you're a Mac user, it should be in the Downloads folder as well. Check the image below:
