We need to capture credit card information

You answered my previous question about the attached form, but I need direction on which form template will work for what we need to accomplish.

As you will see we need to capture credit card information.  This information will not be used to place charges at this time, but rather held until next October as an option if fundraising minimums are not met.

You just need to use Payment integration on your form.

Since you do not want to place charges yet, you can use payment authorization feature also.

Please understand that creating forms that capture sensitive data like CC account while not using any integration is unsafe. It is also a method that can considered a phishing method which violates our Terms of Use.

You should always use Payment integration if you want to have submission payment option on your forms.
