How do I change my account to a non-profit account?

Hi, I work for the Confucius Institute at NC State University. We've had our account for over a year now, I just recently noticed that there's a non-profit option. How do we change our account to a non-profit one or do we need to register for a whole new account? What kind of documentations do you need to verify the non-profit status?
