Form editor different than Preview

    Hi, 

    The form editor is showing totally unformatted text in an HTML text block.  The form Preview (and online) shows formatted text.  This is not helpful.

    Is this a function of Version 4 or is there a setting or something I am doing that has caused this?  I have attached a screenshot of the situation.
