World Pay Integration Help Request

I am attempting to create a donation form which will utilize our World Pay account to process the donation payments.  Your instructions seemed very straight forward, but when I tried to follow the step by step directions, I was unable to find the "installation ID" or a place to put the url that I needed to.  I phoned World Pay and they were of little help as the terminology that you give in your instructions was not known to the WP customer service rep. Also, they were not familiar with JotForm, which didn't help either.

I am hoping that someone can help.

Where can I find it?

1. Log in to the Merchant Administration Interface using your username and password by clicking the below link: https://secure.worldpay.com/sso/public/auth/login.html?serviceIdentifier=merchantadmin

2. Click Installations on the left hand menu and you will see your Installation ID number (6-digit numbers)
