How do I change the filename?

I have changed the name of a form without a problem. However, when I e-mail the link the old filename still comes up. For instance, the form name is VB Now We No Opportunity, yet the filename when i copy the link from the publish tab it still says "nspire prelaunch certificate". That filename is nowhere to be found. How do I change it so the link to the form doesnt say nspire?
