I cannot save changes in any of my forms.

Today I was trying to change background images in my forms and after that Save function didn't work anymore.

Using Revision History I canceled all changes but it didn't help. Save does not work still.

What I've tried to solve the issue:

- Disable Autosave

- Logout/Login

- Clean Form Caches

- Clean Browser cache

It seems I found the reason. Before I changed background images I had added a few rows to matrix. And it led to malfunctions in conditional logics although there wasn't any errors.

After I deleted all conditions and recreated them again save function began working correctly.

We had some issues earlier delay between datacenters.  This should be mostly settled at this point.  Form updates should be displayed instantly.
