Next buttons on new form are not working

Needing a little assistance with a new form I am creating. I can not get the page break Next and Back buttons to a work. Am I doing something wrong.

The page break NEXT button were not working to advance the form to next page.

When I reviewed your form on the Form Builder, I see multiple error logs in the browser console.

What I suggest you try first to fix the form is:

#1 Remove the Signature widget

#2 Save the form

#3 Add again the Signature widget.

$4 Save form.

#5 Test preview the form
