How do I create an inspection report for use with an iPad?

I run an exterior restoration company. All of my sales reps have iPads that they use for pictures and estimating of projects out in the field. I would like to use the tool that is already there, and give them the ability to record data during an inspection. Optimally, I would like every form completed by a sales rep to send to my CRM program and auto-generate a new lead. I know it is possible to make programs communicate, I am wondering if you can assist in any way.
