We are not receiving forms

    Hello, we have a problem with the service, we send the link with the forms to our clients, they complete the form and they send it but it is not reaching our mail. Please help us determine what is happening? We wait your answer.

    Your email address has been bounced listed. This is the reason why you are no longer getting the form emails. You should see this when you log in and view your forms.

    I've fixed this, but I we recommend doing the following:

    1. Make sure to add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender list in your Hotmail account settings.

    2. Mark emails related to Jotform in your spam folder as not spam.
