Visua Multi Select

I think i have to download its source but i need a lot of help here.

Let's just say that in the left side of the visual multi select widget is all the guns in order (ex: Firebird, Freeze, Isida, Hammer) and its modifications are classified from strongest to weakest (m4, m3, m2, m1, m0)

I want to find a way for the order when the user clicks on 4 of the options (ex: Firebird m3, Freeze m4, Isida m3, Hammer m2), it show in the results: Freeze m4, Firebird m3, Isida m3, Hammer m2

What I'm trying to say is that how can we get in order with priorities (first from strongest modification to the weakest one then the order for the guns)?

Unfortunately, it is no possible to modify the source code of the widget. So, the result will show depending on the order the user select it.
