When I give a sub-user permissions to a form, she does not see it

    Also our user lbello@aed.us.com. When I give her permissions to this form, she does not see it. Please advise.

    I checked our logs and did not see a user associated with the email address "lbello@aed.us.com".  Try removing them as a sub-user then adding them again.  That will trigger the invitation email again.  Once they sign up through the email they should be able to see the shared forms.
