I had the exact same question. For us, this is a business-critical issue, since we have had users who got added to the bounce list, and we were never notified. Frankly, it should be very simple on Jotform's part to send out a notification to the primary account holder when a different email address from one of their forms is added to the bounce list.
I'll add that our director has asked me to get an answer on this or to seek out alternative vendors for our forms. As I'm sure your company operates on a lean approach, please consider making this adjustment quickly.

The guide provided on the other thread should help you to get notified when the email is added to our bounce list, but this is an advanced method that requires some programming skills.
I will forward this thread to our second level so this could be considered, do note that we cannot provide an ETA or ensure this will be implemented; however, we will let you know as soon as we receive updates regarding this.

Thank you. The guide you posted really is not an option for us. Simply put: we need the service we pay for to provide us with a basic notification that it is doing what we need it to do.
