Form not going to top going to next page

My form is not moving to the start of the next page or the top of the form for the subsequent pages.  Did the same thing in Safari, Chrome, and iOS.

I have checked the web page and see that it is navigating to the top of the form when Next button is clicked. Were you able to fix the issue? I see that the form is embedded using iframe embed code and should be working fine. If you are referring to something different, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
