Is it possible to auto generate and send out via email a gift card to recipient who completes a survey?

Hello mnestor1983,
The gift card which you want to send to your users is a static card? Is it ready?
Please note that you can create a "Form Autoresponder" email alert in your form and attach your gift card in the email alert. Please check the screenshot below:
Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.
Thank you!

My colleague was hoping to know if the gift card you're planning to send out is static, meaning it doesn't change dynamically (e.g. it's ready-made, stays the same regardless, and so on).
If it's a usual gift card that serves as a virtual currency for your shop/store/business, then you may follow my colleague's suggestion of attaching it to an Autoresponder.

I would like to be able to send out a gift card (i.e starbucks) to people who complete a survey that I create on jotform. I don't want to physically have to send it. If it can be emailed once survey is submitted that would be ideal. I wasn't sure if jotform had an app or widget with a third party that allowed this to be accomplished.

I don't want to physically have to send it.
If it's a physical gift card, then there's no way JotForm can send it out. The only way for that to happen is if you have a soft copy of that physical card (e.g. in image format, pdf, or any file format).
Going back, you attach it to your Autoresponder once you have a soft copy of the gift card. Just follow the short screencast given by my colleague on how to attach a file to your Autoresponder.
