How can I easily respond to a form submission?

Hi,

I have a disbursement request form and would like to respond with the check number once written. Is there a way to do so in a form? I found the Respond button in submissions - is that the best way?

Hi Jim,

Sending a response through the submissions page is one way to do that. What we highly recommend though is to reply to the notification email through your own email inbox.

I checked your form and your notification already has "Reply-To Email" set up correctly. 

Because of that, clicking reply on whichever email client you're using should automatically populate your customer's email as the recipient of your response, so it should be good to go!
