Conditional not working as expected

    Hi, 

    I want to show a message to the users if the access code that they used is incorrect. But it's not working, could you please help me by telling me what I am doing wrong?

    This is my form and the access code is 1234: https://form.jotformeu.com/70224604648353

    Hi Pablo,

    Your condition covers only the fields to show when the access code is VALID.

    There should be a separate condition for when it is INVALID such as in the image below:
