I deleted the unused forms but my submissions storage limit is still the same

Hallo,

I deleted unused forms, but their submissions were not deleted and are still counted! Can you please Help, as the submission storage is almost reached and i can not find where to delete them.

Furthermore some time ago this acount was granted more features for free, as we proved that we are a organisation that is a Registered charity. Unluckily this was deleted. Is it possible to reactivate this?

If you still have the form on your Trash Folder, then that is the reason. You have to purge the form to restore the limit. I have recalculated your total submissions storage, that makes a difference but still close to the limit. 

As for the other concern, do you mean to say a paid subscription? I can't seem to find a record for that. We still have the non-profit discount. If you want to avail, you can submit your application here: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/.
