Looking for a form builder that makes it simple to capture and manage data...

...that will also accept credit card information through a redirect to authorize.net (the credit card info cannot be stored in JotForm and then sent to authorize.net). It is important that I can run a report (downloaded to Excel) that captures the registration information i.e. Name, Company, Contact information, email, etc. without access to the credit card information.
