trouble logging in

    I have a user ID (lrc96002) and password, but it's not working. When I put the username or my email (liz.glagowski@gmail.com) into the "forgot password" field, it says it sent a new one, but I haven't gotten any emails in 3 hours. 

    Can you help me login?
